In 2008, I was elected to join the first European Textile Traineeship. Within the overall theme: ‘Home and the other’, the three layered tapestry plays with the phenomenon of voyeurism. The middle layer has a dessin of identical windows in an appartement building. The loose woven upper and lower layer represent the curtains through which people spy on each other. Seeing their own daily lifes reflected.
